This is the valley's answer to a hot summer day. This dry rosé is Syrah based and gets it origins from our draw down practice of Syrah and Grenache and then we add a touch of Viognier to give this wine a spicy and lasting finish. Mineral in the nose and fresh strawberries in the mouth.

With a core of fruit that’s so massive it will make your tongue ache with joy. An intense nose of lavender that slightly overwhelms the core of blackberries not being over powered by hints of French oak that lingers behind the fruit. This wine has a bold and complex mouth feel. Jammyness that expresses fruits like ripe cherries and currant. Enjoy now or in 4 to 7 years.

Concentrated plums and hints of Licorice, this wine exhibits a delicate nose. With pomegranate and earthy notes, this wine is ready to drink but will blossom to a more complex wine if cellared for 1 to 2 years.

This wine is reminiscent to an old world wine that has a greater versatility to be paired with a wide selection of dishes. With complex aromas of ripe black cherries, deep raspberries, and an enjoyable balance of tobacco that is produced by our French oak.
